2 Account Register

3 Age Requirement

If a member is found to be under 18 years old, the account will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided. 11baji makes no exceptions on this matter.

4 Betting Policy

All bets on 11baji are accepted according to specific rules. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the bet was incorrectly registered due to a technical error on the platform.

• All betting odds may change at scheduled times.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or fraudulent betting is found, that bet will be cancelled.
• 11baji reserves the right to investigate upon detection of unusual betting patterns.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to system errors may be cancelled.
• 11baji is not responsible for bets not reaching due to internet disconnection during Live Betting.

5 Payment & Withdrawal

11baji offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through mobile banking and e-wallets. All transactions are completed through secure encryption.

• Deposited funds must come from your own account only.
• Deposits through third parties are not acceptable.
• If fraudulent transactions are detected, the account may be frozen.
• Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawal.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

11baji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met before withdrawal.

• After receiving a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier.
• If not used before the bonus expires, it will be forfeited.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Harassing behavior towards other members.

If an account is closed, the member may contact support to request a review of the matter. However, in case of violation of terms and conditions, 11baji's decision is final.
